Awaiting Our Little B Family

I have been blogging for almost six years. I've went from a public blog to a private blog due to wanting to keep my inner thoughts more private especially due to the field I work in. But, the closer to Little B's arrival we get, the more I realize that I would like a way to share our daily experiences as the Little B Family with our family and friends. It's an adventure that we are so looking forward to and one that neither of us truly knows what to expect. Ironically, Little B is already enjoying giving us a taste of this.

For the last two months, I've been battling contractions, cramping and swelling. I've had test after test to make sure that Little B wasn't trying to make his arrival too soon. Obviously, that isn't a concern because it's only 25 hours from his due date and he's still insistent on staying in. Funny how he's enjoyed causing us so much concern but now it's as if he just wants to taunt us and show us who's boss. You win Little B! We already know you're going to run the show. But, please give Momma B a break and make your entrance into this world already! All our family and friends are anxiously awaiting your arrival but none more so than me!

Unfortunately for Little B, Momma B is also a bit stubborn and so, if Little B doesn't make his grand entrance by Tuesday at 3:15 pm, we will be arranging an induction with the doctor. Momma B cannot take anymore of the cramping, contractions and what is now painful swelling. So, get a move on Little B...or you'll be given an eviction notice in just over one day. We love you!
